Baking is such a lovely thing to do (minus the washing up of course! ha!). That is why baking these brownies brighten up my mood, especially when they turned out delicious! hehe. sorry for being thick-skinned here as i'm really happy with the result! =) Fudgy, chocolatey, chewy, moist and rich! Hohoho... By the way, using good quality cocoa really does makes a difference. Hence, if any of you want to bake any pastries with chocolate as the main character, invest in good quality cocoa powder or chocolate bar and you will know everything cent spent is worth it. =)
